Often the more expensive the lodge per person, the more luxurious the lodge is.

Some of the surrounding safari lodges have an age restriction. this is for your safety as they have the Big5 on the property and children under 6 are often difficult to control when a lion or elephant walks up to the vehicle. There are a couple of daily flights from Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport to Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport. The flight returns after about a 1-hour layover. Fly with CenAir or Airlink.
